Be responsible for Talent Acquisition at all Junior / Middle positions as per requirement, including posting jobs in various portals, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with consultants.
Understand the business well and the different job profiles which are applicable in the organization.
Monitor manpower requirements as per plan and ensure timely closure of positions.
Assist in monitoring /tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Update and manage various HR MIS as per the requirement.
Create, update, track and manage reports like manpower data, employee leave records, etc. on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis as per the requirements.
Assist is HR Generalist activities as and when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
4 to 6 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
Strong recruitment understanding and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
