Join our team to contribute to reshaping the future of education.Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our content development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of editing screencast-based technical courses and long form, short form videos for YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram and other social media platforms.. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create comprehensive, effective, and interactive learning materials that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities:

Editing screencast-based technical courses from inception to completion.
Editing long form and short form videos for YouTube and other social media channels.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify target audience training needs.
Script and storyboard educational content that is clear, engaging, and suitable for adult learners.
Utilize various screencasting software (e.g., Camtasia) to produce high-quality videos.
Update and revise course content as needed to ensure up-to-date information and technologies.
Provide support and guidance on the use of learning materials through various platforms.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology and instructional design to continuously improve our offerings.

Qualifications:

BTech/MCA/Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. However, for a deserving candidate a lack of ideal degree won't be a hindrance.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in video editing or instructional design, specifically in creating screencast-based technical courses.
Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
Proficient in screencasting software (e.g., Camtasia) and MS Office.
Excellent scripting and storyboarding skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
