Job Description :We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Online Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves designing engaging storefronts and promotions, managing product content, and enhancing the customer's digital shopping experience across web and app platforms.Key Responsibilities :1. Customer Engagement & Promotions:- Plan and execute visual merchandising communications and promotions to drive customer engagement and boost sales.2. Content Creation & Curation:- Conceive and create high-quality product discovery content and promotional material aligned with Smytten's brand standards.3. Storefront Development (App & Web):- Build and maintain engaging storefronts, promotional pages, and consumer incentives across online platforms.4. User Experience Improvement:- Continuously iterate and improve the digital product discovery and shopping experience for users.5. Product Data Management:- Organize, classify, and tag product listings, brand details, and graphics files on internal and online systems.6. File & Data Handling:- Manage file formatting, clean product data, and upload content to various online platforms with high accuracy.7. Quality Assurance:- Review and inspect existing product detail pages to ensure visual consistency, accuracy of specs, engaging graphics, and ease of understanding.Ideal Candidate Should Have :- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, digital content, or product catalog management.- Good understanding of user behavior in online retail/e-commerce.- Hands-on experience with product content management systems (CMS), digital asset management, and data handling tools (Excel/Google Sheets).- Eye for design, layout, and visual presentation.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and tech teams.
