Mandatory Criteria :- Need candidates from IT services only.- Looking for Male Candidates only - Candidate should be prepared to travel for client visits.- Candidate should have a minimum of 10-15 strong CXO-level connections within relevant industries (e.g., FinTech, BFSI, IT services etc.)- Should have experience in E2E sales process, making proposals, pricing etc. in client meetings.- Should have won deals of the size >USD 250K (2Cr.)- Candidate should have growth mindset, convincing skills, client's base knowledge and good stability. - Build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders- CTC Offering : 21.00 - 24.00 LPA- Office : Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, KarnatakaDescription Job Summary :- New Business Growth, E2E sales, client relations- Soft Skills - Leadership, working in ambiguity, ability to work independently, Problem solver, Meticulous and result orientedKey Responsibilities-- Target: - 6 Cr order booking annually (- 1.5 Cr per quarter) and acquisition of 12 new logos per year- Identify and qualify target FinTech firms and relevant customer personas- Identify sales opportunities and drive them to successful closure- Understand the offerings and USPs- Coach and collaborate with the inside sales team to generate leads and opportunities- Map and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposals and pre-sales activities- Build and maintain an adequate pipeline to meet quarterly targets- Manage contracting, pricing, and rate negotiations - handle the end-to-end sales process- Track and manage deal and account margins- Build and execute an account mining plan post deal-win- Attend key industry events and represent the company- Identify and develop strategic partnerships for market expansion and growth- Willingness to travel within India at least twice a month- Ability to operate remotely and manage distributed teams effectivelyRequired :- Proven track record of achieving sales targets of - 4 Cr+ in order bookings, with deal wins from clients having - 800 Cr+ (~$100M+) revenue- Successfully closed deals valued at over USD 250K (- 2 Cr)- Domain experience in financial services, including FinTechs, digital & payment banks, lending, capital markets, and insurance- Experience dealing with mid to large-sized firms in the financial sector (~USD 100M+ in revenue)- Hands-on experience in end-to-end sales process for IT services firms in India: lead generation, proposal creation, closure, and mining- Strong ability to understand and articulate offerings and USPs to prospective clients- Deep understanding of products/services, features, benefits, and pricing models- Skilled in using modern sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting techniques- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in using CRM systems and experienced in structured sales process execution- Well-versed in MS Office tools - especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word- Adept at proposal creation, pricing models, and client presentation delivery- Experience conducting client meetings, pitch presentations, and solution walkthroughs- Understanding of QA processes and tools; background in IT services and products- Prior experience working with mid to large-sized organizations (ref:updazz.com)
