Role:- Key Account Manager/ Medical Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Key Account Manager / Medical Sales Representative with 1-3 years of experience to join our healthcare sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key healthcare accounts, promoting our medical products, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
 Promote and sell our medical products and solutions to healthcare professionals.
 Understand customer needs and provide tailored product information and solutions.
 Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within assigned territories.
 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
 Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Gather market intelligence, feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
 Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
 Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical or related field.
 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
 Ability to understand technical product information and convey it effectively.
 Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
 Knowledge of healthcare industry and current market trends.
Preferred Attributes:
 Prior experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare professionals.
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
