- Design content strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across digital and product platforms.
- Conduct user research, content audits, and iterative testing to continuously refine and optimize content effectiveness and user adoption
- Collaborate closely with product design, and development teams to create cohesive, compelling, and user-centric content solutions.
- Create content strategies and materials that support product adoption and user onboarding, enhancing the overall user experience and accelerating product utilization.
- Work closely with product & design teams to understand adoption barriers and develop targeted content interventions to address user pain points.
- 4-6 years of experience in content design, UX writing, product marketing, or corporate communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with experience partnering effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to align content strategies with organizational goals.
