- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, governance, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure accuracy and audit-readiness of vendor master data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global vendor-related operational queries.
- Support complex, multi-region vendor engagements and strategic vendor relationships.
- Oversee contract renewals, amendments, and compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to VPA, TPRM, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and Risk teams for contract documentation (NDA, MSA, DPA, SLA).
- Provide accurate vendor contracts, evidence, and documentation for audits.
- Track and analyze vendor SLA/KPI performance across services.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance dashboards and review packs.
- Identify service gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in vendor governance meetings and service review forums.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline vendor processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or standardization.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, frameworks, and governance documentation.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts on best practices.
- Collaborate closely with global IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Risk teams.
- Provide insights and updates during project, governance, and leadership reviews.
- Support major IT initiatives by ensuring vendor readiness and compliance.
- Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, procurement, and IT operations.
- Proven experience in contract governance, SLA monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced financial analysis capabilities (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
- High proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and vendor/financial tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple global vendors and priorities independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Vendor Management, IT Operations, or Procurement.
