The Portfolio Onboarding & Lifecycle Management team currently consists of four teams being
- Account Opening responsible for the operational coordination of DWS fund launches in EMEA as well as external account openings (custodians & sub-custodians)
- Transitions responsible for the operational preparation and processing of lifecycle events for funds in SCD and Aladdin
- Mandates Onboarding responsible for the coordination of operational onboarding of mandate portfolios and lifecycle changes, regional focus EMEA
- US Client Support responsible for the coordination of operational onboarding of mandate portfolios and lifecycle changes, regional focus US
- Currently, the team is seeking to setting up an additional team in Pune being the "Portfolio Onboarding & Lifecycle Management Support" team. As a team member you will be supporting the team setup in Pune from the scratch.
- Account openings
- Non-documentary market openings including specific documentary market openings
- Collaboration with internal teams for broker onboardings and clarifying (KYC) requests from brokers with external stakeholders
- Preparation of Aladdin templates/setup
- You will be supporting the Front Office in checking on available markets and opening additional required currency accounts as well as checking with portfolio managers about dormant/closed accounts
- You will be processing funding transactions related to onboarding and lifecycle events including an initial reconciliation against the custodian closely before and prior to the event.
- Preparation and minuting of operational readiness calls
- Invoice handling
- Regularly performed internal checks, e.g. on specific portfolio flags
- Support of MIS and ad hoc topics

- Coordinating and monitoring of various onboarding or lifecycle related processes for all of Portfolio Onboarding & Lifecycle Management teams
- Compiling, processing and analyzing data for all Portfolio Onboarding & Lifecycle Management teams by strongly coordinating with internal stakeholders (other Operations team, Front and/or Middle Office) and external stakeholders (custodians, sub-custodians, brokers, etc)
- Monitoring various processes and ensure timely preparations, creation and submission of onboarding data
- Ensure timely preparation and tracking of various requirements (internal/external)
- 4+ years experience in operational tasks
- English language skills fluently, German language are an added advantage
- Self-responsible and reliable way of working including time management skills
- Strong MS Office Skills, Aladdin and/or SCD skills are an added advantage
