Role Description for Associate Content WriterResponsibilities● Ability to research devotional and mythology space to create in-depth rich content● Create & Translate content for various marketing collaterals/channels like eBook, infographic, Quiz inEnglish/Hindi● Researching relevant trends, hot and trending keywords, gaps in content online, to create fresh contentfor Devotional space for Indian and Global users.● Setting up content quality benchmarks and managing the quality of content being published.● Creating a monthly and seasonal editorial calendar with the editorial team● Commissioning articles from the writing team (both freelance and in-house) and ensuring on-timedelivery.● Evaluate and approve the submitted articles for cohesiveness and maintaining the voice and freshness ofthe content.● Editing and rewriting articles, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writer for revision.● Editing and rewriting descriptions, website content, marketing communications, etc.● Ensuring all published content is of top-notch quality and reader-friendly● Ensuring all published content is SEO friendly.● Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and deliver efficient resul● Overseeing artwork, design, and photography for web contentRequirements● Excellent English/Hindi Writing Skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver grammaticallyerror-free content.● Fluent in Hindi/English Speaking and Writing.● Interest towards Devotional, Mythology and Spiritual space● Good understanding of Data and the ability to gather insights for better results.● Highly accountable and took initiatives● Process-oriented mindset and scale thinking● Experienced in building teams and scalable processes● Loved technology and how it can be used to scale processesAdditional PerksOur office is located in the green and leafy streets of HSR Layout, Bangalore, and is designed to feel la mindfulness zone with the sound of falling water, greenery, great books to read, great coffee/tea, andgreat team alongside you to build with.
