- Own and manage BU-level policies and guidelines for FP&A and ensure alignment with guidelines / procedures laid down by Group CFO's Office
- Enusre timely prepartation of Project DPR and its financial closure alongwith BU Controller. Prepare and drive Banker's presentation and other requirement to get the funding approval.
- Initiate the BU budgeting process every year and ensure timely, accurate BU budget preparation working closely with projects teams, marketing, business development, operations, services
- Ensuring business planning and strategic decision making for new projects and major operational initiatives
- For BU operations, understand the business model, and help the divisions (marketing, operations, business development) develop / refine cost and revenue drivers through benchmarking against industry best practices; lead FP&A lifecycle for BU operations
- Pull together an integrated view of business performance vs. plan in a multi-entity, multi-location organization with project as well as operational spend
- Support the BU Controller in performance reviews with CEO's Office, Chairman's Office FP&A; includes project performance reviews as well as operational performance reviews
- Perform deep-dive on root cause of financial performance deviation and engage with project teams and business operations on mitigation measures
- Work closely with BU Controller in periodical business performance review with COO/CEO and CEO. Also work closely with BU CFO to ensure periodical financial performance review Chairman Offices.
