As a Global Learning Specialist, you would facilitate the live discussion for our small group (3-6students) online classes. Our learning team members come from a range of backgrounds -corporates, doctors, teachers, educators, lawyers etc. Real world experience helps in deliveringcase-based learning, pioneered at HARVARD, which is based on real- world problem solving andintegrating classroom concepts to their application in the real world. Unlike other programs where the teachers make the content and lesson plans, at Early Steps Academy, all the cases, content,curriculum, class discussion algorithms, discussion flow, rules and frameworks are centrally designed by the R&D team, experts and Sneha (the founder). All our learning team members are trained systematically on the material. It not just makes the job easy, but also is an upskilling experience for the learning team members.As we scale our impact, we are recruiting more learning team members to facilitate our growingnumber of online live sessions for children worldwide.
