Define and execute a strategic plan and vision for data warehousing and business intelligence activities in alignment with the business strategy and vision.
Build and implement strategies through tactical planning discussions and liasoning with functional leaders
Understand business requirements of the product stakeholders and leverage data elements & structures to enhance organization analytical capabilities
Works closely with the business stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement requisite solutions to support analytical and reporting needs
Execute projects relating to data storage & transformation solutions: data warehousing, enterprise system data architecture, data processing, data management and data analysis at different times as per requirements
Work closely with Data engineering and Software development teams to enable appropriate capture and storage of key data elements
Act as a bridge between the stakeholders in business and technical teams to deliver data warehouse and business intelligence capabilities
Set and adhere to high standards for technology and business related pertinent processes • Manage and coach a team of Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Engineers by providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers for best practices on data engineering
