Reporting to the Country Manager, an incumbent will be responsible for controlling the Operational, Financial, Accounting, and Administrative activities of key customers, majorly global FMCG players.An incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Process - Providing advice regarding strategic direction and Operational management support to Regional and Site Managers.
Business Development - Supporting the business development process within the Account through the provision of timely advice and support.
Finance - Ensuring management is aware of the accurate financial performance of the stream via the timely preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasting.
Strategic Thinking - understanding the broader implications of potential future trends, issues and opportunities and takes these into account when developing strategies.
People Management - Supporting the client with Site/Shift Managers to implement strategies that resolve KAM related - operational, industrial or other personnel issues and problems in a manner that minimises disruption to the operations.

Candidates with 10+ yrs experience in handling operations for 3PL apply|Candidates with experience in working with FMCG clients applyAn ideal candidate will be a business expert with 10+ years experience in managing operations and key client relationships in FMCG. An incumbent should have handled large SKUs and should understand efficient operational processes within large organisation set ups. An incumbent should additionally be mobile to set up base in different locations. A strong sense of drive and purpose is important to be successful in this position.Please note that 3PL experience is mandatory for this position.Our client is a global integrated supply chain solutions provider to global companies across APAC.
