• Test Strategy and Planning:

• Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish testing timelines and deliverables.
• Review requirements and specifications to ensure testability.
• Manage daily scrum meeting.

• Responsible for testing estimation/effort for sprint.
• Responsible for Function and Regression testing for the sprint tickets.
• Responsible for API testing for the API’s implemented or edited.
• Run the regression Suite in Jenkins or locally to validate regular health of application.
• Creation and Execution of automation Test Case
• Client communication and co-ordination within team.
• Interaction with the business users to understand their business requirements.

• Ensuring the deliveries are done within the timelines.
• Preparing the project status reports to be submitted to the senior management.
• Responsible for Sprint Demo and Delivery.

• Exposure to Agile scrum methodology’s (Planning, Grooming, Effort estimation, and Retrospection).
• Having experience in the web and mobile application testing.
• Exposure in API testing using Postman and Apickli.
• Exposure in performance Testing using JMeter.
• Understanding of REST full API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE).
• Experience in end-to-end QA activity that includes varies level of testing, Test Planning, Test Creation, Test Execution, Defect Logging, Reports, Different Suite Preparation (Functional, Smoke, Regression), Sprint Demonstration.
• Experience in effort estimation.
• Having exposure of cloud platform like AWS.
• Exposure of SQL and No SQL databases like mysql, mongo DB.
• Functional Testing (Web and Mobile Platform), API Testing, Postman ,JIRA.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong experience in automation testing, performance testing, Selenium testing, manual testing, API testing, etc.
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team building and mentorship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A self-starter with confidence in leading a development team.
• A team player with a positive attitude, fostering an open-minded culture for continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively
