- To manage all the operational activities, responsible for ensuring smooth & efficient execution of RTGS, NEFT transactions & maintaining accurate records
- Managing & Processing Government e-Market Place and other Government agency business
- End to End ownership to be taken for the process along with People Management.
- Should have sound knowledge of Cash Management Services -especially- Agency, Government, Tax Accounts and RTGS /NEFT Processing.
- Improve operational Controls and ensure Compliance to all regulations.
- Handling budgeting for the department.
- Driving STP, efficiency and productivity of the unit
- Team Management & Productivity Tracking.

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies of cash operations
- Collaborating with risk management team to identify and mitigate the risks through self-assessment.

- To manage processes and metrics on a day-to-day basis
- To provide proper guidance and support to the team as required, capability to identify areas of risk and ensure proper mitigates and controls are put in place.
- Review of various account reconciliation within team & ensure there is no ageing break open for investigation.
- Root Cause Analysis of issues / errors and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are in place.
- Respond to Ad-Hoc regulatory requirements and act as single point of point for support functions including compliance, legal, technology and other teams.
- Good understanding of FEMA and other regulations related to Banking operations.
