- Assist the Store Manager in leading a team within a retail environment.

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Help create work schedules and assign duties to store personnel.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to create a safe and pleasant environment for customers and employees.
- Support the Store Manager in daily tasks and decision-making.
- Supervise staff and handle any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a strong level of customer service at all times.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations for employees.
- Help in implementing strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
