Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager (East)

• Oversee the overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning on a day-to-day basis
• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and place orders to replenish stock as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

• 2-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or related industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and mentor employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Proficient in store operations, inventory management, and financial acumen
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work a flexible schedule
