- Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and grow volumes across Equity, Currency, Commodity, Education, and SME segments.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, understand their requirements, and act as a primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and provide tailored solutions.
- Record, manage, and update client interactions in internal databases.
- Support marketing initiatives, including seminars, presentations, and roadshows, to enhance market understanding and visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and provide actionable insights to improve business strategies.
- MBA in Marketing or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and client servicing practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business priorities.
