- Provide thought leadership and guide media partners for development of annual media strategies for all brands
- Lead all media buying while ensuring improving media efficiencies, thereby delivering improved value for brands and improving bottomline
- Provide consultation and collaborate with internal teams in designing and implementing effective media strategy on traditional and digital media channels depending on brand's business objectives and strategy
- Build media strategies, channel mixes and other variables for improving efficiencies & effectiveness of plans. Market Intelligence & Rapport Leverage Lead collaboration with eCom team on integrating relevant digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and performance marketing
- Ensure execution of monthly plans based on current brand activity evaluations, competitive analysis, market share tracks & and in an evolving media space
- Monthly/Quarterly review of media input vs. output
- Consolidate, build internal knowledge repository / disseminate key functional skills to brand teams as the CoE
- Manage Promotional Events, and support Employer Branding initiatives
- Minimum 13+ years of relevant industry experience
- Candidates from a media agency with 15+ years of experience; OR
- A mix of media and corporate experience (only corporate experience will not be considered) in FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C firms
