- Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brand
- Complete Business Responsibility for a category of the brand
- Lead Marketing & NPD activities including customer engagement programs and identify product opportunities in QSRs & Large Key Accounts for the company
- Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and consumer engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure brand alignment.
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
- Manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Oversee packaging and product positioning to maintain consistency in brand messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners for creative and media support.
- Tier 1 MBA (2018 to 2020 batches).
- 3 to 4 years of marketing experience with at least 1 - 1.5 years in personal care.
- Launched new category.
