We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate fire protection system installations or other mechanical piping works at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth work progress, material management, and effective coordination with clients while maintaining safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervision & Execution:
- Monitor daily work progress at the site, ensuring tasks are completed as per project timelines and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with design drawings, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Track material usage and stock availability at the site.
- Raise indent requests to the Head Office (HO) for any material requirements.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of materials.
- Liaise with clients for work updates, site clearances, and daily work reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between workers, engineers, and project managers.
- Address any site-related challenges and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Get bills, material delivery challans, and work completion certificates verified and certified at the site.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and site-related documentation.
- Ensure that safety procedures are strictly followed by workers and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential risks and enforce corrective actions.
