The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the interior and structural works, ensuring they are executed to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time. The supervisor will manage a team of tradespeople, coordinate between project managers and clients, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise Project Execution:

Oversee the interior design and structural construction processes, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and workers on site.
Inspect work regularly for quality control, ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications.

Quality Control & Safety:

Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards and regulatory safety codes.
Monitor safety practices on-site and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify potential risks and ensure that necessary safety precautions are in place.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and motivate a team of workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Resolve issues on-site quickly and efficiently, acting as the point of contact for any troubleshooting.
Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.

Resource Management:

Ensure materials and tools are available on-site when needed, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory of materials, and ensure that waste is minimized on projects.

Communication:

Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including timelines, budget status, and quality control.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of work completed, including photographs, site reports, and change orders.
Ensure that all documentation is submitted on time and that it complies with legal and company standards.

Qualifications:

Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the interior and structure industry, with a focus on site supervision, project execution, and team management.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of interior construction, materials, structural works, and finishing processes.
Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
In-depth understanding of safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
