- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cosmetic products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license.
