Job Description:Core BMS Engineering- Ability to interpret and organize technical design information from Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing drawings, project specifications, engineering standards, sales take-offs, and customer requirements.- Translate customer requirements into high-quality engineering deliverables with minimal supervision.- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a BMS Design Engineer.- Production of design deliverables and submittals with high accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.- Strong communication skills to independently interact with global customers.Technical Skills – BMS- Proficiency in BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, OPC.- Experience creating system schematics, point schedules, device selection, damper and valve selection, network architecture, BOMs, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.- Ability to develop logical diagrams per international automation standards.- Understanding HVAC systems: AHUs, Chillers, Boilers, VAVs, Pumps.Data Center–Specific BMS Hardware Design Skills- Strong understanding of Data Center MEP systems: CRAH/CRAC, Chilled Water Systems, Cooling Towers, Precision Cooling.- Experience designing BMS hardware for Tier II/III/IV data centers.- Expertise in redundant networking architectures for high-availability systems.- Experience with DCIM/BMS integration using SNMP, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet IP/MSTP.- Engineering high-density I/O distribution and robust panel designs.- Knowledge of environmental monitoring hardware and electrical metering.- Familiarity with UL, IEC, and data center compliance.Tools & Processes- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Visio.- Familiarity with progress reporting tools and engineering workflows.Additional Advantage- Experience in global engineering centers and international projects.Candidate Profile- Excited by innovation and technology.- Self-driven and capable of managing complex deliverables.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Mechanical Engineering.- Proven experience in BMS design with DDC/PLC systems.- Ability to work effectively with remote/offshore teams.Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
