3 to 6 years of experience in Test Management across the full SDLC in Telco
Billing, Online and Mediation environments.
ISTQB foundation certification in Software testing (or equivalent) as a minimum
Must possess effective communication and orchestration skills.
Experience of testing Billing/Mediation, CRM and / or Online Media web / WAP portals in a Telco environment
Experience of testing in APIs using Postman or any other API tools
Experience in validating SQL queries and modifying as needed.
** Experience in CRM journeys in Telecom domain for the customer. Preferably ORACLE-SIEBEL product Suite
Good in reporting and document preparation activity for the knowledge management.
Experience in Test management Tools like Jira and Xray.
Knowledge of structured test methods and processes
Complete responsibility of the projects and releases which are in scope.
Knowledge of System, Integration and Regression testing of Telco systems with complex user interfaces.
* Good to have in automation tools such as Selenium using Java/Python, BDD Cucumber etc.
