- Be a single point of contact for resolution of technical and commercial queries for Lubricants as a speciality for Pan India and Mapro Product Sales portfolio in assigned region.
- Achieve agreed Sales growth, Gross Margin and Market development targets as per defined “Annual Business & Sales Plans”
- Co-ordinate effectively with Segments and Distribution teams for Sales to Key accounts and OEM's.
- Support new / customized solution developments in co-ordination with SKF factories, Product Engineering and customer.
- Monitor competitor activities, assess impact and provide inputs for effective response.
- Conduct and Conclude Product Trials and Demos for important projects / major enquiries.
- Handle After Sales complaints and run the After sales operations in coordination with Solution Factory
- Effectively resolve technical and performance complaints.
- Participate in market development initiatives such as Seminars, Tech Days and Exhibitions for increasing awareness of Product Sales portfolio
- To Promote new product offerings or special promotions to achieve sale growth.
- Technical product training - both internal and external

- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Speciality in Tribology would be advantage. Master's degree in sales and marketing management is an added advantage.
- 5-8 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in sales of Greases and Lubricants, Lubrication Tools, etc with significant exposure to Key Account Management both large OEM, end-user & Distribution channel.
