Responsibilities1. Identify potential candidates, target markets while generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and provide relevant solutions.2. Developing relationship with new clients while maintaining existing client relationship.3. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.5. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.6. Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.7. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally regarding product strategy, market trend, technology and pricing with intent of driving business expansion.8. Produce stellar sales presentation and other collaterals.Requirements1. 3-5 years of experience in business development role2. Understanding of market trends, analytics, customers' needs and competitive intelligence data3. Comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced environment.4.
