Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team in Pune. As a fresher-level position, this full-time role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through strategic lead generation and foster strong customer relationships. This role requires knowledge in insurance sales and cross-selling techniques to drive business growth.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in cold calling to engage potential clients and generate business leads effectively.
  • Strong capability in lead generation with the ability to identify potential customers and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Experience in customer relationship management to maintain and strengthen client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Focus on insurance sales with a deep understanding of policies and products to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Skilled in cross-selling techniques to offer complementary products and enhance customer value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build robust working relationships with diverse clientele.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective clients and initiate first contact through cold calling and follow up on leads.
