- Lead process evaluation and analysis primarily across HR and IT, Finance, and Legal domains.
- Perform deep-dive assessments of HR onboarding and related sub-processes.
- Map pain points and identify opportunities for AI and RPA integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration architecture.
- Prepare and present deliverables, recommendations, and process documentation.
- Support AI implementation planning and roadmap development.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout the engagement.
- 10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle HCM, including Fusion Cloud.
- Strong functional knowledge in Core HR, Employee onboarding, Recruit to Retire cycle.
- Proven experience in employee onboarding and Recruit-to-Retire process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with implementation, support, and enhancement projects across global clients.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as AIM/OUM.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines.
- Prior experience with AI/RPA evaluations and integration planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in preparing high-quality documentation including process workflows
