The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across multiple HCM modules and should be capable of driving end-to-end implementation, process improvements, and providing strategic HR tech consulting to business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and upgrades.Analyze and gather HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.Design, configure, and test Oracle HCM modules such as:Core HRTalent ManagementAbsence ManagementPayroll (preferably Global Payroll)Time & LaborCompensationPerformance and GoalsBenefitsDefine and document functional designs, test cases, and training materials.Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL).Perform data conversions and migrations using tools like HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loader.Act as a liaison between HR teams and technical teams to ensure solution quality.Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-go-live issues.Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM (including at least 3+ years in Fusion Cloud).Strong functional expertise in at least 4 5 HCM Cloud modules.Proven experience in full lifecycle HCM implementations.Hands-on experience with data loading tools (HDL, HSDL).Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) preferred.
