Key Responsibilities
Planning
- Feasibility Study: To assess the feasibility of the project, considering factors like business requirements, technical capabilities, and resources.
- Collaboration: To collaborate with stakeholders and the technical teams to refine the business analysis plan.
- Elicitation: To gather and document requirements from various stakeholders (Change Teams, Product Owners etc.,)
- Documentation: To create comprehensive documentation like functional specification documents (FSDs), Data Model, Data Flow, Data Lineage etc.,
- Requirement Clarification: To provide walkthrough and clarify requirements for developers and address any questions that arise during the development process.
- Traceability: To maintain traceability between requirements and development artifacts.
- Test Planning: Contribute to test planning, defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Quality Assurance: Participating in testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- User Training: BAs may be involved in user training and documentation to ensure users are prepared for the new system.
- Go-Live Support: To provide support during the initial rollout of the system.
- Post-Implementation Review: BAs participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement.
- Change Management: They may be involved in managing changes and enhancements to the system.
- Awareness and understanding of the Risk business and various Principal Risk Types supported as required by Risk strategy.
- Responsible for development of code using necessary tools as required by Risk Data Technology
- Ensure to be part of working culture and values. Be a good team player and support the risk data team in development as required.
- The ability to interpret information and share with people as required by Group Risk Management
- Responsible to follow Project governance while working on delivery of projects by ensure relevant governance artefacts are met.

- Domain Knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field, 10+ years of overall IT/data experience.
- Strong understanding of financial industry data and financial products.
- Team lead or project lead experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English Proficiency: Strong in read/write/listen/speak.
