Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office of MD/CEO. The role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a manufacturing setup.Location - Our Sanand Plant.Broad deliverables of this job.Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with production, QA-QC , purchase, sales, finance, HR, Regulatory affairs , PPIC and maintenance teamsPrepare notes / minutes of all meetings and follow up on action points from meetings and ensure timely execution * Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, bankers, and government officials when requiredBusiness & Operational SupportAssist MD/ CEO in tracking production schedules, delivery timelines, and key business metrics * Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for reviewSupport MD/CEO in strategic planning, audits, and compliance-related activities * Help organize factory visits, reviews, and management meetingsPersonal & Confidential Assistance
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Manage personal tasks assigned by MD/CEO if requiredEnsure smooth day-to-day functioning of the MD/ CEO officeAdministrative SupportManage the MD/ CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements * Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and presentations
Maintain confidential files, records, and documents
Act as the first point of contact between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholdersPreferred profile of candidate .Candidate should be Engineering Graduate preferably with qualification in Business Management / Operations , with 10 to 15 years of experience , with last 5 years in similar role.Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.Excellent communication skill and ability to coordinate across the functions in the organization.Proactive, detail oriented and solution based focused mindsetCompensation .Can go up to Rs 25 -30 lakhs for deserving candidates.
