- Serve as the secondary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and current records.
- Moving candidates to relevant stages (interview status update) in the ATS
- Collaborate with TA Partners, Onboarding team and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Foster a positive and captivating journey for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Gather and address candidate feedback to continuously enhance the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, recommending enhancements to streamline recruitment operations.
- Maintain engagement with offered candidates by conducting post-offer followups.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Working knowledge of any ATS is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Proficient in scheduling and managing business interviews
