- Implement and manage employee engagement programs.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to drive improvements.
- Support new-hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Coordinate recognition and reward programs.
- Learning & Development:
- Design, develop, deliver, and measure training programs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create high-quality online learning.
- Support the collection and analysis of feedback on learning activities.
- Support talent management programs, including succession planning, promotions, and performance management.
- Participate in talent reviews and workforce planning initiatives.
- Create and maintain talent management documentation and reports.
- Collaborate on the implementation of talent development initiatives.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners, HR Solutions, and business units to gather information and escalate discrepancies.
- Ensure effective collaboration with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions.
- 3-5 yrs experience
- Exposure to employee experience programs, learning and development, and talent management.
- Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is a plus.
- Experience with HR analytics and data analysis.
- Exposure to talent review, succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Experience in a complex and/or global environment is a plus.
- Understanding of survey processes and tools.
- Knowledge of methods for assessing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with employee retention and recognition programs.
- Exposure to job-attitude theories and principles.
- Learning & Development:
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong project and administrative management skills.
- Exposure to digital learning tools and compliance-related training.
- Basic knowledge of talent management principles and tools.
- Exposure to performance review and talent development processes.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and HR management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced capabilities with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage logistics, including booking, scheduling, and negotiating.
- Solid attention to detail and experience working with large data sets.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)
- Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
- Certified Professional in Online Learning (COP)
