Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.- Develop and implement sales strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the relevant industry.- Strong network within the [Travel/Logistics/Hospitality/Tourism] ecosystem.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Skills:- Experience with B2B and B2C sales models.- Knowledge of digital marketing and online travel platforms.- Familiarity with fleet management systems or logistics software (if applicable).- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
