You’ll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits.Our team is responsible for managing financial programmes for our partners which includes the distribution of income and priority income allocations, financing and loans administration, financial settlements, the Partner Deposit programme, Global Mobility support via the Partner International programme, and partnership accounting and reporting.Level: Senior Associate / Manager

Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 or 2 institute or Chartered AccountantJob Description-
Roles & Responsibilities
Compensation Benchmarking and Structuring
● Work on compensation benchmarking for new (and existing) Partners - understanding of partner
equivalent hierarchies in Big 4 firms, Accenture, etc. and be able to map such candidates to the current PwC
partner levels.
● Should understand the concepts of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs), Restrictive Stock Units (RSUs)
etc. and be able to value the same using share price projections and discounted cash flow techniques.
● Compensation structuring for lateral partner hires ensuring an optimal balance between fixed and
variable pay, joining bonus, loss of pay, etc.
● Structuring the acquisition of teams from competition w.r.t. innovative earn-out models, ensuring a strong
return on investment over a 3 year horizon.
Annual Compensation Review

● Create first level simulations and models for partner increments and variable pay, basis the distributable
surplus.Desired Skills-
● Reasonably good understanding of income tax concepts and matters impacting personal
taxationProficiency in advanced Excel and modeling skills
● Strong Data Analytics skills
● Insight generation and eye for detail
● Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills (written presentation of technical and analytical work is
key)
● Ability to quickly understand the external environments in which the firm operates, e.g. legal, statutory
