Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDrive feasibility studies, business case analysis, and sensitivity analysis for global expansion projects.Lead financial control, reporting, and compliance across domestic & international entities (IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Norms).Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development on business growth strategies.Oversee reporting and compliance for 3 JVs with Japanese partners.Lead and mentor a finance team of 6, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and growth.Act as second-in-command to the Business Controller, handling 70-80% international finance exposure.What We're Looking ForChartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance).10+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably with Big 4 consulting/audit exposure.Strong expertise in IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Standards.Hands-on experience in feasibility analysis, business case study preparation, asset utilization, and financial risk assessment.Strong stakeholder management with international interaction experience.Flexible to work from Ranjangaon with partial presence in Viman Nagar.
