- Manage and supervise a team of 1215 members.
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry assignments.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
- Maintain high levels of quality and productivity across processes.
- Act as a communication bridge between the India team and USA stakeholders.
- Handle escalations promptly and professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; share updates with management and US counterparts.
- Train and mentor new team members to meet performance standards.
- Identify AI opportunities and implement productivity improvements.
- 35 years of experience in a BPO/KPO environment, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or Team Lead role.
- Experience working with USA-based clients, processes, or global delivery models is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, automation tools, analytics platforms) for operations, reporting, and quality improvement.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, including creating and refining prompts for accurate and consistent AI outputs.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities in data-driven and SLA-based environments.
- High level of self-organization and accountability for managing timelines, quality, and escalations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS), MCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS), B.Sc. (IT/CS), or Diploma in IT/CS.
- Willingness to work in overlapping hours with US time zones.
