Responsibilities:1) Performance Marketing (Lead Gen): Take full ownership of Facebook/Meta & Google Ads for our core courses. Your KPI is Qualified Leads for the Sales Team as well as drive Sales to E-Com.2) Launch New Verticals: Plan and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for new products and services.3) Evaluating and maintaining & execute all Marketing Strategies.4) Work with our Social Media Executive and Video Production Manager to handling digital marketing, public relation efforts, and content marketing.5) Monitor Lead Cost (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Optimize campaigns and funnels to improve conversion rates.6) Understanding and developing marketing budgets, including expenditures, return-on-investment.7) Organizing company conferences and major events.8) You will shadow & work directly with the Founders to document, replicate, and improve the existing successful marketing formulas.
