- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target customer segments.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating qualified leads.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement impactful sales strategies.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- B2C experience is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the ed-tech industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business development targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Exposure to the study-abroad domain will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
