• Understand the automation requirement from within HR and deliver the same.

• Responsible for preparing the various Dashboard for HR Leadership

• Responsible for exploring the maximum utilization of Power BI Platform

• Responsible for designing the high end excel Macro for Various process

• Responsible for designing the various formats in Word /PowerPoint

• Responsible for sharing the Various data sets with the various stakeholders

• Responsible for the data audits and recertification and highlighting gaps if any

• Supporting HR Projects

• Supporting cross functional activities within HR Operations

• Proficiency level in Microsoft Excel /Word/PowerPoint should be Expert

• Should be well verse with Power BI Platform

• Should have good knowledge of Business process documentation

• Good eye for Data

• Good Data Analytics and Presentation Skill

• Problem solving Skills & Quick Learner

• Sound knowledge of HR Processes

• Team Player

• Smart as well as Hard working
