We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Asst Manager to join our sales team at Cochin & Ahmedabad location. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for the hotel.-Key Responsibilities: -- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase Resort revenue- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients- Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond promptly to their inquiries- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager-Requirements: -- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software-Preferred Qualifications: -- Experience with hotel sales software and systems- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends- Certification in hospitality sales or a related field (ref:updazz.com)
