Project Manager – Bilingual (English/Korean)

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end software delivery

• Hands-on experience with international clients, especially in technology-driven projects

• Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory, as the role involves regular communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders

• 10+ years of total experience with at least 5 years as a Project Manager

• Experience in Agile project delivery, sprint planning, team management, and stakeholder reporting

• Strong experience in working with cross-functional engineering teams including development, QA, and DevOps

• Excellent Korean communication skills for daily calls, reporting, and documentation

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and align delivery with business goals

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of timely project execution

• Good to have: experience managing projects in the IoT, AI, or enterprise SaaS domains

• Capable of independently handling risk management, escalations, and change management

• Strong collaboration and leadership mindset with experience managing teams of 10–30+ members
