Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience in working as a Business Analyst on projects with international clients

Experience developing enterprise applications

Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is a must-have, to support client communication and collaboration

Job Description:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong international client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience working on enterprise software development projects with team sizes of 10+

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent Korean, for daily calls and meetings with clients

Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment

Ability to transform business requirements into detailed software design

Experience demonstrating developed features to customer teams

Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

Good to have: exposure to domains like IoT, Utilities, or Connected Devices

Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently
