Purpose of JobTo drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and strengthen market presence in the Bangalore region by effectively managing sub-dealers and retailers, executing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring timely collections and deliveries. The role plays a key part in achieving monthly targets, maintaining strong distributor relationships, and providing valuable market insights to support business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Manage and service existing sub-dealers and customers within the assigned territory in Bangalore to ensure sustained business growth.Sales Operations: Monitor and follow up on product displays, order placements, dispatch schedules, collections, and outstanding payments.Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to sub-dealers and retailers in Bangalore to track secondary sales and strengthen market presence.Promotional Support: Assist in the implementation of marketing schemes, promotional campaigns, and product launches at the ground level.Market Intelligence: Collect and report data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decisions.Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports detailing customer interactions, orders booked, and collections received.Logistics Coordination: Liaise with CFA/warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.Customer Service: Address customer complaints or queries promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets as assigned by management.Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
  • A diploma with relevant sales experience will also be considered.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting formats
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
  • Fluency in English and Kannada (additional South Indian languages a plus)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Bangalore territory
