Relocation Assistance Available: YesReporting to Maintenance Manager-BTC,ensuring reliability of BTC equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology:-
- Leader for Reliability Activities of BTC from Electrical function
- Manage Capex & operations activities of Electrical Maintenance in BTC
- Shift management of entire Electrical team
- Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT
- Leading the upgradation of absolute system for Reliability enhancement
- Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
- Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Tire Building Machines
- Site improvement activities
- Responsible to control the consumption oil, grease, cotton waste and spare parts.
- To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
- Responsible to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance.
- Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
- To drive RE/WPO pillar under Plant Optimization in BTC
- Safety - Near Miss Observation action compliance
- Analyze safety incidents and provide corrective action plan
- Lead and drive the Hazard prevention and control initiative at plant level through the engagement of Maintenance teams in consultation with EHS team as per PEC MS standards
- To make sure safety and CTI compliance.
