Relocation Assistance Available: YesThis role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning and reliability of plant machinery and equipment.Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • You have hands-on experience with PLC-based machinery, especially Rockwell servo drives and motors.
  • You possess sound knowledge of basic electrical, electronics equipment, and instrumentation used in tire manufacturing.
  • You can read, understand, and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams accurately.
  • You understand machine logic and can coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet maintenance deadlines.
  • You are proficient in conducting failure analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
  • You understand and can apply concepts of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) in daily maintenance planning.
  • You are experienced in using SAP or similar ERP-based maintenance management systems.
  • You are capable of preparing maintenance reports, conducting data analysis, and presenting insights for continuous improvement.
  • You are comfortable working in rotational shifts and leading maintenance activities alongside technicians.
  • You have working knowledge of temperature controllers and E+L centering systems.
Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
