Position: HCM Technical ConsultantExperience: 7–10 YearsTechnology: HCM – SaaSLocation: ChennaiJob Type:Hybrid/RemoteJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in reporting and analytics within HCM SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and report development, supporting business reporting needs and delivering data-driven insights. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports and collaborating with functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data reporting.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain HCM reports and dashboards.

Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.

Work with functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements.

Build and optimize data models, queries, and report layouts.

Develop custom reports, templates, and scheduled reports for HR and business users.

Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and reporting best practices.

Provide support for report troubleshooting and enhancements.

Collaborate with integration and technical teams for data extraction and reporting needs.

Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) for reporting

RequirementsRequirementsCore Requirements

7–10 years of experience in HCM technical development.

Strong hands-on experience in:

BI Publisher

OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

HCM report development

Experience in building data models, templates, and scheduled reports.

Strong understanding of HCM data structures and reporting frameworks.

Ability to translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience with PaaS integrations and data interfaces.

Knowledge of HCM data extraction and integration frameworks.

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.

Experience in HCM SaaS implementations or support projects.
