Docyt is a fully remote cloud-based company. We are currently looking for a self-driven and motivated Member of Technical Staff who can support the IT needs of corporate systems and networks. A successful candidate should have experience configuring, supporting, and improving IT infrastructure and processes in fast-moving cloud-based companies as well as collaborating with Security and Compliance on establishing and maintaining security-minded processes and proceduresMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures, including creating user guides and managing company asset and employee details.Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's IT assets and data, including user access management, quarterly access reviews for all applications, and adherence to IT audit guidelines.Support centralized device management system (Hexnode)Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) in our internal systemsManage centralized anti-virus and malware protection for company devicesSupport Docyt’s employees and contractors with their technical needsOrganize, document, and enforce JIRA-based task management workflowsProvide IT and application training to employeesManage production network security (VPN, firewalls)Working with external vendors for services and supportManaging and deploying corporate hardware (computers, laptops)RequirementsBS/MS in IT or similar experience3+ years in technical IT support Windows, Mac OS X, LinuxExcellent written and spoken English skillsSingle Sign On (SAML, Okta) MDM (Hexnode)Experience managing and configuring AWS EC2 instances and Security Groups2+ years of experience supporting systems like GSuite, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Slack, OpenVPN, AWS, Google Cloud, ZoomGood understanding of networking and security
