The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international standards, client specifications, and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Review and check civil, structural, and architectural drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards.
Ensure deliverables are consistent with project specifications, codes (such as ACI, AISC, BS, IS), and client standards.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and drafting teams to resolve discrepancies.
Perform clash checks and ensure constructability of structural elements.
Provide quality assurance and control over deliverables before final submission.
Participate in design reviews and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
Mentor junior checkers or draftsmen as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
18+ years of experience in checking CSA drawings and models.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks, and 3D modeling tools like Tekla or Revit.
Deep knowledge of international design codes and standards.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Oil & Gas.
Familiarity with SmartPlant 3D, Bentley OpenBuildings, or AVEVA software.
